As you know we are a family-run jewellery business and we have just opened our second shop in Southport situated on Lord Street in the town centre, we have since created up to four jobs, so go and check our new staff section to see who they are!  The new shop is Southport’s only approved stockist of super-fashionable Pandora charm bracelets and jewellery.

Tienne Ltd was established in 2003 by Cheryl Gradwell and her daughter-in-law Joy and currently has jewellery and giftware outlets in Southport and Longridge that are called ‘Tienne’.   Other members of the family  have now joined the business Cheryl’s eldest daughter Laura runs the online business ‘Allcharms’ and youngest daughter Sally manages ‘Concepts by Tienne’ on Lord Street.   The new shop ‘Concepts by Tienne’ features contemporary designer jewellery in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.  Concepts has been branded different to Tienne as it offers a different product line to the existing Tienne shops and this has enabled us to expanded our company and the ranges we do to suit the needs of our customers.

We hope that the new outlet’s contemporary design, look and feel, as well as its position as an approved Pandora stockist, will draw customers in from across the region.

Cheryl  said: “Following on from the success of our first shop in Wayfarer’s Arcade, we have been inspired by our customers to seek out more contemporary designers and establish a further presence in Southport.  We didn’t want to change the format of our existing shop, which has been so successful and enjoys so much support from our loyal client base.  We therefore decided to make a major investment in opening a completely new outlet, which will be called ‘Concepts by Tienne’, on Lord Street.

“We are extremely pleased to have been approved as a Pandora stockist at the ‘Shop-in-Shop’ level which means that half of the retail area in the new shop will be given over to Pandora.  We are sourcing new and exciting product lines so that we will be offering our customers different choices to the brands in The Wayfarers Arcade’.
