Returns or Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not 100% delighted with your purchase (excluding any personalised / engraved jewellery and earrings as these are non returnable for health and hygiene reasons), simply return the goods within 14 days of purchase together with all packaging. As long as the goods are in perfect condition, unworn and in all their original packaging we will refund you for the value of the goods. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
We have made every effort to display the jewellery as accurately as possible on our website. We cannot guarantee that any computer display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the goods. The goods received may vary slightly from images of the goods on the website.
Please do not hesitate to contact us or just follow our very simple Returns or Exchange procedure.
· Firstly send an email to email@example.com stating if you are wanting either an exchange* or to return the purchased goods for a refund. If it is an exchange please tell us what you would like to exchange for it.
· Please state your order number, items to be returned and reason for the return.
· Once we have received your email, you will get a response email with a code on it. Please write this code including your return address and contact details and send it back to us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
FAO: Returns & Exchange Team, Tienne Ltd, 10 Chapel Street, Southport, Lancashire, PR8 1AF
We will process your return as quickly as possible and refund the price you purchased your item for. Please note that from the date that we receive your return, refunds can take 3-5 working days to show in your account. Please contact your bank directly for further details.
Unfortunately we do not cover the cost of the returned goods. We advise returned items should be sent recorded ‘special delivery’ as we do not accept responsibility of the item(s) until it is back in our possession.
*There may be a delay on exchange products if not in stock.
Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
